Slot Italia RTR Slot Cars

Slot Italia has been producing high-performance after-market racing components for the 1:32 scale Euro slot car market for over 5 years. So it was only natural that they should dip into their extensive parts catalog to produce a complete ready to run 1:32 scale slot car that makes use of their race-tested components to produce a state-of-the-art slot car of their own design.

Slot Italia has combined their high-torque dynamically balanced V12/2 Motor, HRS Modular Chassis, ProAxle System, Neodimium Super Magnet and RTV Silicone Racing Slicks with a beautifully detailed and decorated light-weight injection molded ABS Plastic body to create a 1:32 scale slot car without equal.

With a suggested retail price of $49.95, Slot Italia has produced a complete RTR 1:32 scale slot car for much less than the individual cost of their components. If you were to start with an average FLY or Scalextric slot can and purchase all of the Slot Italia racing parts included in their RTR car you would pay almost $100.00.

A Slot Italia RTR slot car is one of the best values in the industry today.

The first Slot Italia RTR slot cars produced were the striking silver and black Audi R8C racing coupes built to run in the 24 Hours of LeMans. Six (6) different models of the car were produced; the original two models used during testing, a pair of promotional show cars and the two cars that competed at LeMans in 1999.

Their second RTR release is the venerable Porsche 956C that competed at LeMans and other European endurance races in the mid-1980's. The No. 21 Kenwood and No. 14 Canon liveries shown below are the first two models to be produced in this series.
